The Fire Science Department at the Southern Maine Community College would like to develop a Public Safety elective titled: Public Safety Fitness, Health, and Wellness.  We are seeking information from other programs that may have developed similar courses.  If you have a course that you would like to share information about, please let me know.  We would also like to review current text books that might be published in this subject matter.

Best regards,

Matthew Duveneck

The United States Fire Administration recommends everyone should have a comprehensive fire protection plan that includes smoke alarms, residential sprinklers, and practicing a home fire escape plan.
