The United States Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatality:

Incident Description: Chief Clough was responding as the sole occupant in a department SUV to a reported appliance fire when he was involved in a single motor vehicle accident.  Clough was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police are continuing the investigation.
