The United States Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatalities:

Address: PO Box 445, RT 20 N, Craigsville, WV 26205

Fire Department Chief: Tim Blake

Incident Description:  Lieutenant Hammons and Firefighter Nicholas passed away from injuries sustained while operating at a mobile home fire. Investigation continues into the cause of the fire, believed to have started in a camping trailer situated adjacent to the mobile home, and circumstances related to the loss of Hammons and Nicholas.
